Property is located in the town of Winter Park. You can walk to everything including seeing deer and Moose. The unit has a bedroom and bath on the main level with the one car garage. Hot tub is just out the back door and is one year old. Upstairs is the living room, dinning area and full kitchen. There are two decks & Fireplace. There is also a 1/2 bath and a 36 inch tube, DVD/VCR player. The third floor has two bedrooms, full bath and a washer dryer.
